This is placeholder terms-of-service text for the PromptLab MVP. Replace it with terms reviewed by counsel before launching publicly, especially once payments and premium content are introduced.

Submitting prompts

By submitting a prompt through the Submit Prompt page, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant PromptLab a license to display it on the platform, subject to review and moderation.

Premium content

Premium prompts are currently marked for future paid access only — no payment processing is active yet. Terms covering purchases, refunds, and entitlements should be added before payments go live.

Acceptable use

Don't use PromptLab to submit content that infringes on others' rights, violates applicable law, or is intended to harm others.
